"Chocolate Croissant"
I found some frozen chocolate croissants at Trader Joe's. You leave them out the night before and in the morning they have defrosted and doubled in size. About 20 minutes in the oven and you have delicious, flakey chocolate croissants. (They have regular croissants too.) I'm not sure if this qualifies as French Skinny but I looked like a rock star as I served them to the guys.
