Day 3 from France: La Bastille

From Shaboom in Paris, France

Woke up at 9am.

Breakie at 10am in the kitchen. Ate a peach yogurt, half an apple (pink lady), 4 miniature slices of wheat bread which equals a slice maybe a slice and a half American sliced bread. 2 with pear marmalade and 2 with cherry marmalade. 2 café au lait. Haven't had coffee in forever, so that was a nice change - especially for my *ahem* digestive system.

All marmalade is home made and is pure fresh fruit and sugar-no additives no preservatives.

2 hours vigorous piano playing before walking around Paris dropping off resumes. A lot of vigorous smiling and hand shaking. That burns calories, right?

Dinner at 11pm. 1 lemon fanta, a huge crepe with carrot, celery, onion, cauliflower, garlic, leek, ham, cheese, bechamel and a salad with oil and vinegar. Followed by a second peach yogurt for dessert.

Wednesday ended with getting an hour long head neck shoulder massage then 20 minutes vigorous sex. I wonder if you burn calories while receiving a massage....

10 times stairs

6.4 kilometers
Oh, have I told you that I think the key to our "diet" over here is that nothing is prepackaged or processed? Everything for the most part is pure. Fresh. Organic. Healthy.

3am Goodnight!

4am Insomnia sucks

  1. I'll take one of everything, please.
(Except the insomnia. I already have that.)
