Barefoot in the Kitchen

Shaboom sends us her update from Paris, France:

I've been making a lot of quinoa meals these days. Today, I friend up onions, garlic and pancetta in some salted butter.

Then I added zucchini.

Then I added herbs de Provence, pimente d'espelette and pepper to the mix before adding it to the quinoa which I had boiled in a meat stock.

If I would've had fresh tomatoes on hand, I would have added them too.
