Pre-Tart


A few days ago I spent sometime with my friend, Gina, who just back back from a visit with her family in France. I drilled her like a new marine in bootcamp about the food she ate. She told me about a tomato tart her aunt made. Crust from scratch, gruyere cheese, tomatoes and herbs on top. I've done a little research and will attempt one tonight.
