Karen - Day 125 - Burbank
After a pot of tea, 4 and I put some music on and danced for an hour.
Lunch was (again) my baked sweet potato fries dipped in mayo.
Dinner: Hot dog with the works! Hubby grilled Boar's Head Hot Dogs. We both agreed they were the best hot dogs we've ever had. I ate all of the hot dog but couldn't have more than a few bites of corn .
I'm completely full and satisfied.
Amazing.
I'm having a hard time stopping when I'm full...and only eating when I'm hungry. I get bored and I want to snack. I read a book and I want to snack. I watch t.v. and feel I need a snack. When I do manage to eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full, it last a couple days and then I eat two helpings of something and freak out. For instance, my boyfriend left cold pizza on the counter so I had a piece...then I had another one against my better judgement...and then another one. I was BAD!!!
ReplyDeleteYou are not bad Zanymad! It's not a diet. It's a way of life. If you eat 3 pieces of pizza one night you should enjoy it! That's what Shaboom would do. But you're so right about the eating when your bored and watching t.v. thing.
ReplyDeleteI'm feeding my kid all day long and I have noticed myself wanting to mindlessly snack. A piece of this here some of that there. And then at night I've stopped watching t.v. because that was my "zone time".
The great thing is, you are noticing when you are really hungry.
Someone told me that it takes 6 weeks to form a new habit.
Don't freak out. Shaboom never freaks out over food. She enjoys herself and the next day it's back to French Skinny portions.
xoxo
