Joyeux Dimanche - Souffle

This is for my friend Doug.

My first souffle!
I made it with parmesan, gruyere and onions.
Hubby ate the whole thing.
4 said it was good but needed a little salt.
(He watches too much Food Network)

    I was planning on eating a whole one but was full after about 4 bites. I'm saving the rest for later or tomorrow. I know that's not very French but why waste it?

    (my son watches Food Network a lot too. and he always wants to make a soufflé for some reason. I will have to show him this)
