Savoy Cabbage

"Savoy Cabbage."
"It's cute but what to do with it?"

3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
4 Andouille Sausage - sliced and browned
3 Leeks - sauteed with the sausage for 5 minutes.
Then add:
4 Garlic Cloves - sliced
1 head of Savoy Cabbage - thinly sliced
2 cans of white beans - rinsed
8 cups of chicken stock.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Cook together for one hour.

Spoon a couple ladle fulls into a blender and puree'

This makes it seem a little creamy.
