Woke up at 5:oo AM Starving. I'm going to be rushing around all day and have to come up with some fast food choices.
After 40 flights of stairs I am starving again.
Fresh bread with tomatoes, goat cheese parmesan and butter.
5 minutes to make.
Then I'm rushing out the door for a few appointments.
Oh, that looks like a perfect food day. haven't had an artichoke in I-don't-know-when. do you stuff them or just dip them in viniagrette? -Jenn
ReplyDeleteI usually boil them for about 45 minutes in water, lemon juice salt and pepper. The last 5 minutes I put some cayenne pepper and hot curry powder into the water. When it's done I dip the leaves in Mayo. I've tried other things but Mayo is still my favorite.

Oooh, how delish! We are on the Atkins diet, so a bit limited in our food choices lately (though Mr. Deer and I both have lost some body fat!). Fabulous to hear from you, have a wonderful holiday weekend! XX!
